National Students Conference On International Humanitarian Law

Institute of Law Nirma University invites you to participate in the National Students Conference On International Humanitarian Law organized on 19th January 2013 in collaboration with The International Committee of The Red Cross.

The Conference will also mark the inauguration of “Centre for International Humanitarian Law Studies” to be established at the Institute of Law, Nirma University in collaboration with ICRC

Following shall be the theme for the discussion:

1. Securing Compliance with International Humanitarian Law : Contemporary Enforcement Mechanisms
2. Military Interventions and the principles of Proportionality and Necessity
3. International Humanitarian Law and the New Weapon Technologies

15th November : Last day for the Submission of Abstract
25th December : Last day for the Submission of Final Papers
19th January 2013: National student conference on International Humanitarian Law
