1. It appears that earlier Mr. Contractor had filed Sick Note. However, nobody is present on behalf of the University. Today also Mr. Contractor has filed Sick Note.

2. Considering the aspect that the matter is under the Contempt of Courts Act, there is no automatically having exemption to the party. Hence, it is directed that the Registrar of the University shall remain personally present on 12.9.2013. S.O. To 12.9.2013. Direct Service permitted.
