Job Description
Akosha is an innovative service for Indian consumers which helps them in resolving day to day consumer complaints. Consumers do not have the time to keep following up with brands or reach to the right person in the brand. We help them in doing this.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our entrepreneurial team and manage the Legal Operations at Akosha. The person will lead the team in providing advisory services to Akosha customers and well as other internal teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and manage the staff and resources to achieve team goals.
2. Provide assistance to team members and liaise with other teams on consumer related issues.
3. Interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements in the team.
4. Responsible for hiring within the team, managing the team performance and their work quality.
Job Qualifications
Required Skills:
1. Education – LLB/LLM
2. Experience of 2-3 years in LPO or KPO
3. Intelligent, a little bit cocky, love finding creative solutions to problems
4. An entrepreneur from heart with an attitude of getting things done.
Location – New Delhi (Okhla Phase – 2)
