Criminal Misc. Application (For Temporary Bail) No. 13293 of 2013 In Criminal Appeal No. 1121 of 2008

1. Rule. Learned APP, Ms. Shah, waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent State.

2. This application through jail has been filed by the applicant-convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days for attending after death ceremony of his father.

3. Considering the facts of the case as also the jail record, the applicant-convict is ordered to be enlarged on temporary bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5000/- (rupees five thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on usual terms and conditions. On completion of the above period, the applicant-convict shall surrender to the concerned jail authority forthwith. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.

4. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned jail authority.
