SC forms probe team in Niira Radia tape conversations case

(UNI) The Supreme Court constituted a six-member investigating team in Niira Radia-Ratan Tata conversation case. The team will consists of five CBI officials and one income tax department officer. A bench headed by Justice G S Shinghvi directed the Centre to constitute the team during the hearing of the petition filed by leading industrialist Ratan Tata seeking guidelines for protection of the Right to Privacy of a citizen of the country. The apex court has granted four weeks time to the investigating team to submit its report to the court. UNI
