ABOUT EIA:

Assessment of impacts of a planned activity on the environment and related socio-economic impacts is broadly known as Environment Impact Assessment. It is a process by which information about the environmental effects of a proposed activity is collected, analysed and presented to decision-makers.

ABOUT THE COURSE:

This online certificate course is designed to introduce the concept of EIA and offers a detailed analysis of its procedure and related practices. The course will enable students to understand and analyze the practical aspects of EIA. DURATION: 18th June-31st July (approx 6 weeks)
